Presenter Guidelines
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must be no longer than 300 words and include the following sections: title, author, author affiliations, background, methods, results, and conclusion.

Oral Presentation Guidelines
Oral presenters are asked to prepare a 10 minute presentation with 3-5 minutes for questions. Applicants selected for oral presentations will be contacted to submit Powerpoint slides for the day of the conference.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
Each poster must fit within 122 x 92 cm (48 x 36 inches) in landscape orientation. Please ensure that your poster title, author list, and affiliations are clearly visible at the top of your poster. All text used on the poster should be visible from 3 meters away. All posters must be printed before the meeting. Conference organizers will provide poster boards and materials to attach posters to the boards.
